A) Report ref. art. 13 of DGLS no. 106/2003

“According to art. 13 of DGLS no.106/2003 we communicate to the interested parties that the data they provide will be kept in the paper and informatic archive of Ghines Srl, located in 47900 - Rimini (Italy), Via Cà Torsani n.1, and will be processed by the a.m. company for the following purposes :
a) execution of obligations as prescribed by laws, EC Rules and Regulations as well as accounting and fiscal obligations, none excluded ;
b) execution of contract obligations and every other obligation in any way related and/or consequent to the relation between the parties ;
c) functional to the economic activity of the writing Company such as, indicatively, promotion and/or sale of products or services of Ghines srl, mailing of advertizing and/or promotional and/or illustrative and/or technical material, creation of studies and statistical market researches, etc.
We also inform you that the data processing will be effected by the writing Company for free, manually, by computer and/or with combined modalities, in any case with instruments and modalities suitable to ensure safety and/or confidentiality.
We also inform you that :
1) as regards the identification data ref. point a), the acquisition is obligatory according to the law if you want to have contract relations with Ghines Srl ;
2) as regards the data requested by the nature of the relation, the acquisition is necessary ;
3) as regards further supplemental data requested for the purposes ref. to point c), its attribution will be optional for you.
With relation to the above, we inform you that the refusal from your side to provide in the future the data indicated at points 1) and 2) will prejudice the establishment and/or continuation of the relation; no consequence of this kind will instead result in case of a refusal to supply the data ref. previous point 3).
Furthermore, the data related to you can be processed using informatic instruments suitable to relate it to the data of other subjects, but always within the ambit of the purposes and modalities mentioned above.
The writing Company holds the qualification of “owner” of the above mentioned processing ways, in the sense and with the responsibility established by the quoted law.
In relation with the processing of your personal data, you can exercise the rights provided by art. 7 of DGLS no.196/2003, trascribed hereunder for your due cognizance:
Art. 7 (right of access to personal data and other rights)
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation indicating whether personal data regarding him exists or not, also if not processed yet, and its transmission in understandable form.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication of:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and modalities of the processing;
c) the logic procedure applied if the processing is made with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identificative details of the owner, the persons in charge and the appointed representative according to art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to which personal data can be transmitted or that can get to know it in the capacity of appointed representative in the territory of the Country, persons in charge or agents;
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the update, the amendment or, if there is an interest for, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymus form or block of the processed data in violation of the law, including data for which storage is not requested for the purposes it was collected and then processed;
c) the attestation that the operations ref. points a) and b) were brought to notice, also for their content, to those who data was transmitted to or divulged, except when this performance is impossible or entails using means evidently unproportionated to the defended right;
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, totally or partially:
a) for lawful reasons, to the processing of personal data regarding him, even if they pertain to the purpose of the data collection;
b) the processing of personal data regarding him, concerning the mailing of advertizing material or direct sale or creation of market researches or commercial communication.

B) declaration of consent for data processing
We inform you that filling out, even partially, the above indicated fields and their confirmation by clicking on SUBSCRIBE will entail your explicit consent to the processing of the personal data you have provided by Ghines Srl with the aforementioned modalities and purposes.
Therefore, by clicking on SUBSCRIBE after filling out of the above fields:
- you will take on every responsibility about truthfulness and exactitude of the provided data;
- you will guarantee your entitlement to manage and/or transmit and/or divulge such data;
- you will declare that you have attentively read the report ref. point A) above, and that you have give explicit consent, also in the light of what is communicated hereto, for the processing of the personal data you have supplied by Ghines Srl according to the modalities and purposes indicated in this report”.

A) informativa di cui all’art.13 del DGLS n. 106/2003

“Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del DGLS n.106/2003 si comunica agli interessati che i dati dai medesimi forniti saranno conservati nell’archivio cartaceo ed informatico della Ghines Srl, con sede in 47900 - Rimini (Italia), Via Cà Torsani n.1, e verranno trattati da detta società per le seguenti finalità :
a) adempimenti ad obblighi previsti da leggi, Regolamenti e Normative Comunitarie, nonché a quelli contabili, fiscali, previdenziali, nessuno escluso ;
b) adempimenti ad obblighi contrattuali e ad ogni altra obbligazione comunque connessa e/o conseguente al rapporto in essere fra le parti ;
c) funzionali all’attività economica della scrivente Società, quali, indicativamente, promozione e/o vendita di prodotti o servizi della Ghines srl, invio di materiale pubblicitario e/o promozionale e/o illustrativo e/o tecnico, elaborazione di studi e ricerche statistiche di mercato, etc..
Si informa, altresì, che il trattamento dei dati verrà effettuato dalla scrivente Società gratuitamente, mediante elaborazione manuale, informatizzata e/o con modalità combinate, e, comunque, con strumenti e modalità idonee a garantirne la sicurezza e/o riservatezza.
Vi informiamo inoltre che :
1) quanto ai dati identificativi di cui alla lettera a), la loro acquisizione è obbligatoria ai sensi di legge qualora Voi intendiate avere rapporti contrattuali con la Ghines Srl ;
2) quanto ai dati richiesti dalla natura del rapporto, la loro acquisizione è necessaria ;
3) quanto agli ulteriori dati accessori richiesti per le finalità di cui alla precedente lettera c), il conferimento degli stessi sarà per Voi facoltativo.
In relazione a quanto sopra, Vi informiamo che l’eventuale rifiuto da parte Vostra a fornire in futuro i dati indicati ai precedenti numeri 1) e 2) sarà di pregiudizio alla instaurazione e/o alla prosecuzione del rapporto; nessuna conseguenza di tal genere produrrà invece l’eventuale rifiuto di fornire i dati indicati al precedente punto 3).
Le modalità di trattamento dei dati a Voi riferibili, inoltre, possono prevedere l’utilizzo di strumenti automatici idonei a collegare i dati stessi anche a dati di altri soggetti, ma ciò sempre nell’ambito delle finalità e delle modalità sopra indicate.
La scrivente Società riveste la qualifica di “titolare” dei suddetti trattamenti, nel senso e con le responsabilità stabiliti dalla citata legge.
In relazione al trattamento dei Vostri dati personali, potrete esercitare i diritti previsti dall’art.7 del DGLS n,.196/2003, che di seguito si trascrive integralmente per Vostra opportuna conoscenza :
Art.7 (diritti di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti)
1. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile.
2. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere l’indicazione:
a) dell’origine dei dati personali;
b) delle finalità e modalità del trattamento;
c) della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici;

b) la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei datti trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati;
c) l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si riveli impossibile o comporti un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato;
4. L’interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte:
a) per motivi legittimi, al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorchè pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta ;
b) al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano a fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita direttta o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale.
