Efficient state-of-the-art suction system with total exhaustion of the extracted dust
The innovation represented by XAERO is the combination in one machine of two different depuration systems, both totally dry operating. It contains n. 10 cyclones, guaranteeing pre-exhaustion of the extracted dust of about 75-80%, as well as dry “F8” class filters assuring total exhaustion of the dust. Strong jets of compressed air, controlled by a central master box, are run each time the machine is turned off, cleaning automatically the filters. Additional cleaning cycles can be manually activated at any time.

Framework
Two separate units made of sand blasted metal covered by epoxy wash primer and coated with polyurethane paint, mounted on adjustable feet. Soundproof engine compartment with sound absorbing lining.

Logistic layout
The suction unit can be separated from the work bench unit and placed even in an adjacent space, thus gaining more operating space.

Work surface
Metallic framework covered by epoxy wash primer and coated with polyurethane paint; work surface made of impregnated timber.

Extraction
The strong extraction of XAERO is diffused all over the work surface perimeter. It is possible to remove the two central boards from the surface to allow a stronger and focused extraction. This is ideal to capture efficiently all the dust produced by disc cutting.

Maintenance
The framework of the bench and the double exhaustion system of the captured dust make the maintenance extremely easy and quick.
The drawers for the collection of the dust, exhausted by the cyclones and the filters, are easily accessible and allow to do the maintenance in a few minutes without polluting the environment.
