Efficient state-of-the-art suction system with total exhaustion of the extracted dust The innovation represented by XEOLOS is the combination in one machine of two different depuration systems, both totally dry operating. It contains n. 12 cyclones, guaranteeing pre-exhaustion of the extracted dust of about 60-70%, as well as dry “F8” class filters assuring total exhaustion of the dust. Strong jets of compressed air, controlled by a central master box, are run each time the machine is turned off, cleaning automatically the filters. Additional cleaning cycles can be manually activated at any time.

Framework Tubular steel framework covered by epoxy wash primer and coated with poliurethan paint. Soundproof engine compartment with sound absorbing lining.
Logistic layout XEOLOS can be used alone or in sequence with other suction walls, according to the extent of the work area.
Extraction The strong extraction of XEOLOS is achieved through a dedicated front surface grid. Extraction can be increased and directed straight on the workpiece by an articulated suction arm (optional) which can be mounted on either the right or the left front side of XEOLOS.
Maintenance The twofold dry dust exhaustion system makes the maintenance of XEOLOS extremely easy and quick. The drawer collecting the dust, exhausted by cyclones and filters, is easily accessible and allows to do the maintenance in a few minutes without polluting the environment.
