Immediate operation, user-friendlyness and productivity at the highest levels

Installing of SYSTHEMA is easy and quick, no masonry but only water, electric and pneumatic connections are required; therefore guaranteeing immediate operation. The possibility to use diamond discs, shaped wheels, cutters, drill-bits and other tools on orthogonal movements, allows the achievement of any kind of processing, from frequent and standard jobs to the most elaborate and difficult, making of SYSTHEMA a complete stoneworking unit.

The planning philosophy of SYSTHEMA combines, in a single machine, the functionality of an outstanding table saw, the versatility of a multifunctional router and the perfection of an edge polisher in honing and polishing of vertical and inclined surfaces up to 100 mm. thickness.

In addition: edging, shaping and polishing of round works and tables, in semiautomatic processing, can be achieved on the high performance (optional) turntable.

Operating area
- Work surface made of smooth stone calibrated by the machine itself.
  Dimensions: 2500 x 1000 mm
- Vertical stroke: 160 mm (achieved through 4 mechanical pistons,
synchronised by toothed belts driven by a geared motor)
- Front panel with suction cups for the locking of skirting boards and
  cornices (max length 2500 mm)

Framework
Made up of electrowelded housing frame, coated with polyurethan paint coat. All other moving parts are built with anti-corrosive materials (stainless steel, aluminium, bronze and nylon).
- Operative dimensions: 4100 x 3300 x 1500 mm (template-holders raised)
- Weight: 1200 kg

Template-holder (2 parts)
- Collapsible (built-in):1810 x 600 mm
- Removable (male-connected): 1810 x 500 mm

Slide guides and orthogonal movements
The longitudinal and transversal slide guides of the operating head are fixed onto the framework. The longitudinal slide guide is made of hardened stainless steel with adjustable prismatic rollers, whilst the transversal slide guides (with circulation balls carriage) are made of hardened, anti-corrosion treated, steel.
The orthogonal movements are visualized on their independent digital displays (tolerance of 0,1 mm. or 0,01 inch, provided with reset button), and are equipped with adjustable mechanical stops and stroke ends which can be locked by means of pneumatic pistons, driven by special valves placed in the control panel. Special knobs drive the micrometric adjustment of the movements.

Operating head
The operating head consists in an electrospindle supported by an aluminium structure which allows positioning movements on three axis.
The micrometric positioning of the tool on the vertical stroke, is provided by its specific geared motor.
Lifting of the operating head for tool replacement is achieved by means of a double safety controlled pneumatic system with automatic locking when the machine is turned on.

Electrospindle
- Power output: 3,7 kW
- Rotation speed: from 1500 to 12500 rpm (adjusted by vectorial inverter
  and displayed on digital display)
- Vertical movement on hardened linear guide with circulation balls carriage:
   stroke 160 mm
- Double vertical translation speed: slow (for precision adjustments),
fast (for tool approach towards the working area)
- Max tool size:
  Disc: Ø 250 mm (operating area: 3200 x 1200 mm)
  Shaped wheels: Ø 150 mm (op. area: 3200 x 1200 mm)

Vacuum system
The vacuum system for the locking of the workpiece, operates on 3 different areas, through selector switches (on the control panel): work surface, front panel and (optional) turntable.
A compressor is required (NOT INCLUDED) of 150 liters/min capacity, pressure 6 bar.
- Suction cups: n. 6 mobile Ø 90 mm and n. 2 mobile Ø 70 mm
(on the work surface) + n. 8 fixed (on the front), all excludible individually.

Electric wiring
- Power: 3,7 kW
- Power unit: IP 65 complying with CE standards
(control panel with low tension controls)
- Electric feeding: three-phase, in the desired voltages

Hydraulic system
Tool lubrication (external, 4 multidirectional distributors): minimum required capacity 15 liters/min
